International Conference on Emerging Electronics (ICEE) will be held at IIT Bombay, India during December 15-17, 2012. The theme of the conference will be ‘Emerging Electronics & the More than Moore Era’. ICEE will be a biennial conference which aims to serve as a unique platform towards shaping the future of research in electronics looking beyond the CMOS Technologies. ICEE 2012 will be jointly organized by IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Electron Devices Society.

The conference will consist of tutorial sessions, plenary/invited talks and contributed papers on various focus areas in emerging electronics. There will be dedicated poster sessions where Ph.D. students will have an opportunity to present their work to an international panel of experts and get feedback on their research ideas/results. The following focus areas have been identified for ICEE 2012. Research scholars working in these areas are particularly encouraged to attend and present their work.
There will be preconference tutorials on December 14, 2012.
FOCUS AREAS:
- Advanced Logic & Memory devices
- Flexible Electronics
- Photovoltaics and Energy Systems
- Nanobiosensors
- Nano-electro-mechanical Devices/Systems
- Low dimensional Semiconductors: Growth & Applications
- Compound Semiconductor Devices
- Semiconductor Process Technologies
- Computational Modeling at the Nanoscale
