Haryana Mulls to Bring Right to Play Act on the Pattern of Right to Education Act

Haryana Govt plans to implement Right to Play Act on the pattern of the Right to Education Act aim to identify and promote sports talent at the school-level. This was stated by Haryana Education and Social Welfare minister Geeta Bhukkal.

The proposed act, right to play would ensure participation of every child in sports activities.

Haryana has already been at the forefront in the field of sports. Most of the players in Olyampic game 2012 were from Haryana. Bhiwani district has become a brand name area of sports, Especially in the field of boxing in all over the world. It is also called mini Cuba of Boxing.
